While the L'abake ring features a durable exterior, it's not scratch-proof. To minimize scratches:

No. While our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use, it does not cover cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by chemical exposure. These are considered normal wear and tear or improper care. We recommend following our care guidelines to maintain your ring's appearance and functionality for years to come.

All personal health data is encrypted both on the device and during transmission to the app. We never use or sell your personal information to third parties. You have complete control over what data is stored and shared through customizable privacy settings in the app.

Yes. While cloud synchronization provides benefits like data backup and cross-device access, you can choose to store your data locally only. This option can be selected during initial setup or changed later in the app settings, the data will only be for statistics and analysis of the user’s own data.

Every L'abake smart ring includes a comprehensive 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. This does not cover damage from accidents, water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic damage such as scratches and chemical discolouration.

The L'abake ring is water-resistant up to 50meters (5 ATM), making it suitable for swimming, showering, and most water activities to a depth equivalent to approx. 165 feet of static pressure when not in motion. However, we recommend avoiding exposure to hot water, saunas, or steam rooms, as extreme temperatures can affect the sensors and battery performance over time.
